Shipping Policy – APR UK (operated by Awesome GTI Ltd)

Dispatch Times
• Orders for stocked items placed before 14:00 (GMT/BST) on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after this time may still go the same day—call first to confirm.
• Need it urgently? Call 0333 240 6823 before ordering to confirm availability.

Stock Levels
• The website does not show live stock.
• We keep popular items on the shelf, but some products/variations may need to be ordered.
• If you’ve got a deadline or a fitting booked, wait until your order arrives and you’ve checked it before making workshop appointments.

Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees aren’t included in product prices.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

International Orders
• We ship worldwide.
• Outside the UK: UK VAT is not charged.
• EU customers: VAT is charged unless you provide a valid EU VAT number and business address.
• In some countries we may accept bank transfer only.
• Note: Prices overseas can look cheaper, but once you add duty + VAT + shipping, UK-supplied items are often more competitive.


Returns & Refunds

Orders Supplied Correctly
• Within 14 days of delivery: Return for any reason. Full refund including original delivery cost. (Return shipping not covered.)
• 15–28 days after delivery: Returns accepted with a 20% handling fee. No delivery costs refunded.
• After 28 days: Returns not accepted.

Orders Supplied Incorrectly (items must be resalable)
• Within 28 days: Full refund including original and return shipping.
• Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging.
• Fitted/test-fitted items, or returns without a Returns Notice Number, won’t be refunded.

Returns Process
• Tell us by email or phone within 7 working days of delivery to start a return.
• We’ll issue a Returns Notice Number—include this and a copy of your invoice in the parcel.
• Returns without a valid Returns Notice Number won’t be refunded.

Other Important Info
• Shipping-related refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.
• We’re not liable for losses from delays, workshop appointments made before delivery, or items returned in poor condition.
