APR UK Delivery Information

Why is postage on bulky items sometimes expensive?

For your protection and ours, we only use trusted, trackable couriers. This ensures we know where your order is at all times and that it arrives safely.

Smaller items can often be shipped at a lower cost, but larger items (such as body kits and oversized products) are more expensive to send. Any margin on shipping charges is to cover packaging and handling only.

Some items may be eligible to ship via standard post; however, under all shipping methods you may incur import charges when the goods arrive in your country. These charges are your responsibility.

Not every item listed on our website is held in stock at all times.

If you require a part urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and lead times.

Returns Procedure

  • Before returning any goods, please read all our terms and conditions.

  • APR UK must be informed by email or telephone (0333 240 6823) of any items you wish to return for credit or exchange within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. You will be issued a Returns Notice Number (RNN).

  • Include a copy of your invoice and your Returns Notice Number with any returned items.

  • If an item is returned without a Returns Notice Number, a refund will not be processed.

  • No parts that have been used, fitted, installed, or damaged will be accepted for credit or refund.

  • APR UK will not pay any VAT/import duties on returned goods. If we are asked to do so, the return will be refused or abandoned.

  • Returns Notice Numbers are valid for 1 calendar month. If goods are not received within this time, the RNN will be cancelled. Any later return request will be treated as a new request and may be rejected.

For orders supplied correctly (goods in resalable condition)

  • Within 14 days from the day of delivery:

    Goods may be returned for any reason for a full refund of the goods and the original outbound shipping charge.

    Return postage costs are not covered by APR UK.

  • After 14 days from the day of delivery:

    Goods may be returned at our discretion with a 20% handling charge.

    The initial shipping charge and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • After 28 days from the day of delivery:

    Goods are not accepted back for refund.

For orders supplied incorrectly (goods in resalable condition)

  • Within 28 days from the day of delivery:

    If APR UK has supplied the incorrect item, we will accept the goods back for a full refund, including the initial shipping cost and the reasonable return shipping cost (subject to prior agreement and proof of cost).

  • If goods are not in resalable condition (e.g. fitted/test-fitted, missing or damaged original packaging, marked, contaminated with fluids/grease, etc.), whether supplied correctly or incorrectly, they will not be accepted for refund.

Delivery Signatures

For courier deliveries, a signature will be required upon delivery. This protects both you and us by confirming safe receipt of your order.
