APR is pleased to present the ultimate Stage 3 GTS engine control unit (ECU) upgrade for the 3.0T Carrera and Targa base engine! This simple upgrade only requires factory Porsche Carrera GTS turbos and no other engine hardware modifications, and produces 520-615 HP with 524-594 FT-LBS of torque, depending on octane. Gains as high as 152-228 HP and 196-266 FT-LBS of torque are available throughout the power band. To get more power, the vehicle can be outfitted with an upgraded intake, cooling, or exhaust system. We’ve updated our stock turbo DQ500 TCU Upgrade to version 1.0.3a. The update addresses an issue where some vehicles would hit the rev limiter between shifts. If you are not currently experiencing this behavior, the update is not necessary as there are no other changes.
